- Collaborate with the Head Chef in directing food preparation.
- Assist in designing the food and drink menu.
- Produce high-quality dishes, considering both presentation and taste.
- Oversee and supervise kitchen staff.
- Assist with menu planning, inventory, and supply management.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment.
- Offer suggestions and creative ideas to enhance kitchen performance.
✅ Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of kitchen experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal culinary training is preferred.
