🎓 Requirements:

✔️ Specialist knowledge in respective kitchen sections

✔️ 3–4 years’ experience in a recognized hotel

✔️ Minimum 1 year in banquet kitchen operations

✔️ Diploma or Degree in Cookery (Preferred)

✔️ Knowledge of food safety & quality assurance
