Proven experience in Chinese cuisine
Previous work in a reputed restaurant or hotel setup
Sound knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Ability to manage kitchen operations, prep, and service
Team player with attention to detail
Commis (All Levels)
Experience working in a busy restaurant environment
Basic food prep and cooking knowledge
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen
School leavers and students with NVQ Level 3 or 4 certifications seeking industrial training are encouraged to apply
