Chef

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.
2. Plan and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
3. Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
5. Monitor stock levels and order ingredients as needed.
6. Train and supervise kitchen staff.
7. Follow food safety regulations and standards

Requirements:

1. Culinary training or relevant experience.
2. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
3. Creativity in menu planning and food presentation.
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure.

Restaurant Steward

Responsibilities:

1. Clean and set up tables before and after customer use.
2. Assist in serving food and beverages.
3. Ensure restaurant cleanliness and hygiene.
4. Help kitchen staff with dishwashing and organization.
5. Refill condiments, napkins, and other dining essentials.
6. Follow health and safety standards.

Requirements:

1. No formal education required, but experience is a plus.
2. Ability to work in a team and handle physical tasks.
3. Good hygiene and cleanliness practices.
4. Friendly and cooperative attitude.

Kitchen Helper

Responsibilities:

1. Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation.
2. Wash and clean kitchen utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment.
3. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and storage areas.
4. Chop, peel, and prepare ingredients as required.
5. Dispose of waste and follow hygiene regulations.
