- Diploma or professional qualification in HRM from a recognized institute.

- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a similar role.

- Good knowledge of MS Office, Labour Law, and employment regulations.

- Ability to handle 250+ employees and knowledge of payroll-related payments (EPF/ETF/Gratuity).

- Age: 28-40 years.

- Salary: LKR 44,000-46,000 + Attendance Incentive + Overtime.

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

- Fully qualified in AAT or part qualified in CA/CMA.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the commercial field or audit firm.

- Knowledge of MS Office and accounting packages.

- Age: 20-30 years.

- Salary: LKR 40,000-42,000 + Attendance Incentive + Overtime.
