🎯 Job Summary:

As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by serving food and beverages in a friendly and professional manner. Your role includes taking orders, delivering food & drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ 👋 Customer Service:

1. Warmly greet and seat guests.
2. Provide menu recommendations & take accurate orders.
3. Serve food & beverages professionally and promptly.
4. Address guest concerns and ensure a great experience.

✅ 📝 Order Management:

1. Take food & drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
2. Deliver orders correctly and on time.
3. Handle bills & payments efficiently.

✅ 🧼 Cleanliness & Hygiene:

1. Keep tables, chairs & service areas clean and organized.
2. Follow hygiene & safety regulations.
3. Ensure tables are properly set before and after guests leave.

✅ 🤝 Teamwork & Coordination:

1. Work closely with the kitchen & bar team for smooth service.
2. Assist colleagues during busy hours.
3. Follow instructions from managers & supervisors.

✅ 📚 Trainee-Specific Responsibilities:

1. Learn menu items, drink preparation & customer service techniques.
2. Develop skills in food handling, tray carrying & table setup.
3. Gain experience in handling guest interactions & complaints.
