Telesales Executive (Fashion & Retail)

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in call center or customer service is preferred.
2. Strong leadership skills, fast learner, and passion for sales.
3. Excellent listening and relationship-building abilities.
4. Fluent in English and Sinhala; proficiency in Tamil is a plus.
5. Age below 30.

Responsibilities:

1. Introduce and promote company services to potential customers.
2. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective calls.
3. Provide exceptional service and support to clients in a timely manner.
