Junior Travel Executive

Travel Agent Sales Representative


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
  2. Provide information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and itinerary options.
  3. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to ensure reservations and bookings are confirmed.
  4. Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and make travel recommendations based on client needs.
  5. Process payments and manage travel documentation.
  6. Maintain client records and update booking details in the travel management system.
  7. Address travel-related issues, such as cancellations, rescheduling, and emergencies.
  8. Stay updated on travel industry trends, promotions, and new destinations.
  9. Support marketing and sales initiatives to promote travel packages.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Diploma or certification in travel, tourism, or hospitality (preferred).
  2. Strong communication and customer service skills.
  3. Basic knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus.
  4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  5. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.


Key Responsibilities:

  2. Build and maintain relationships with customers, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
  3. Provide travel recommendations based on client preferences and budget.
  4. Process bookings, issue tickets, and handle reservations efficiently.
  5. Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  6. Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to get the best deals.
  7. Assist in handling customer complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive travel experience.
  8. Stay updated on travel regulations, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  9. Participate in marketing campaigns, promotions, and travel fairs to attract clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service in the travel industry.
  2. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  3. Knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage.
  4. Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
