Junior Travel Executive
Travel Agent Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Provide information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and itinerary options.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to ensure reservations and bookings are confirmed.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and make travel recommendations based on client needs.
- Process payments and manage travel documentation.
- Maintain client records and update booking details in the travel management system.
- Address travel-related issues, such as cancellations, rescheduling, and emergencies.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, promotions, and new destinations.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives to promote travel packages.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in travel, tourism, or hospitality (preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients to sell travel packages, flights, accommodations, and other services.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
- Provide travel recommendations based on client preferences and budget.
- Process bookings, issue tickets, and handle reservations efficiently.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to get the best deals.
- Assist in handling customer complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive travel experience.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotions, and travel fairs to attract clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service in the travel industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
