Job Title: Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
2. Maintain general ledger and reconcile accounts using ERP.
3. Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Accounting Standards, and Taxation laws.
4. Manage working capital, stock verification, and asset/liability optimization.
5. Develop and implement internal control procedures.
6. Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
7. Prepare management reports and board papers.

Requirements:

1. Associate member of CA Sri Lanka/ACCA.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial sector.
3. Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and financial analysis.
4. Proficient in MS Office and accounting tools.
5. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
