Account Executive
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handling ERP System for Invoices, Receipts, Purchasing, Outstanding
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
• Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with financial policies
• Handling all bank reconciliation and related function
• Maintaining financial records and managing day to day account transaction
• Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Performing other related duties as assigned
THE IDIAL CANDIDATE SHOUD HAVE:
• AAT part qualified/Graduate or Diploma in finance/Accounting or equitant qualification in recognize University or Institute
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in accounting field
• Ability to work effectively in English
• Computer literacy (Ms office) is a must and should be able to work in ERP
• Ability to organize and manage work routing
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
