Somerset Mirissa Blue (Pvt) Ltd is al boutique hotel, which is facing the fabulous Mirissa beach. We require services of highly motivated and result oriented individuals to be part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Stewards in the maritime industry are entrusted with a variety of responsibilities that are crucial for operational flow of maritime operations.

These include:

Cabin Preparation: Ensuring that all passenger cabins are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. This includes the changeover of linens, clearing bathrooms, and restocking supplies

Meal Service: Assisting in the preparation, presentation, and service of meals and beverages. This includes setting tables, serving guests, and cleaning up dining areas.

Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of inventory related to food supplies, cabin amenities, and cleaning products. Regularly checking stock and coordinating with the supply chain to ensure adequate supplies

Customer Service: Providing courteous and professional service to all passengers, attending to their requests and

complaints in a timely and effective manner

Safety Procedures: Participating in safety drills and training sessions; ensuring familiarity with the vessel's emergency procedures.

We are currently looking forward for talented young individuals who can work at the hotel. Selected candidate must have experience in related field with 2 years of work experience in a luxury boutique hotel or star class resort/hotel is a must Candidate should willing to work at long hours and work under pressure with Service excellence.
