We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Garment Supervisor to oversee production processes and ensure high-quality standards in garment manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of garment production, and the ability to manage a team efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily garment production to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Monitor quality control to ensure all garments meet required standards.
• Coordinate with cutting, sewing, and finishing departments to optimize workflow.
• Train and guide workers on best practices, efficiency, and productivity.
• Inspect raw materials, fabrics, and finished garments for defects or discrepancies.
• Maintain production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Resolve any operational issues that may affect production.
• Enforce safety guidelines and company policies in the workplace.
• Keep records of daily production output, material usage, and worker performance.
• Communicate with management, designers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Garment Supervisor, Production Supervisor, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, stitching techniques, and fabric types.
• Ability to lead and motivate a production team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in production planning and quality control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, health, and safety standards.
