General Requirements:

• Security Officers:
• Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Must be vigilant, trustworthy, and have experience in security or surveillance.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Cashier:
• Responsible for handling payments, issuing receipts, and managing cash registers.
• Basic accounting and record-keeping skills.
• Friendly customer service skills.
• Cashier experience is preferred, but not required.
• Room Boy:
• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to ensure high standards of hygiene.
• Must be detail-oriented and efficient.
• Prior experience in hotel or housekeeping roles is beneficial.
• Waiters:
• Responsible for serving food and drinks to guests, providing excellent customer service.
• Must be friendly, attentive, and efficient.
• Experience in the food service industry is an advantage.
• Receptionist:
• First point of contact for guests, responsible for check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with hotel management software is a plus.
• A friendly and professional demeanor is required.

Additional Requirements for All Roles:

• Age: Preferably below 35 years old.
• Work Experience: Relevant experience in the respective role is highly desired.
• Full-time/Shift Basis: Roles available on both full-time and shift basis.
• Friendly & Professional: All positions require candidates to be friendly, approachable, and professional.
