1. Chef de Partie (CDP)


Job Summary:

The Chef de Partie (CDP) is responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure food quality, portion control, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Assist the Head Chef in developing new recipes and menu items.


2. Demi Chef


Job Summary:

The Demi Chef supports the Chef de Partie by assisting in food preparation and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook ingredients as per instructions.
  • Assist the CDP in supervising kitchen staff.
